In response to the continuing spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), effective from 21 March 2020, China Airlines is introducing the following epidemic prevention measures to protect the health of passengers and crew members.
We respectfully ask for your cooperation and understanding.
1.All CAL passengers are required to wear a face mask from check-in and during the flight inside the cabin all the time. (except for consuming food and drink).
2.All CAL passengers must undergo a temperature check before boarding. Any person with a forehead temperature over 37.5°C (99.5°F) or unwilling to cooperate with the policy will not be accepted to board the aircraft.
